Crackle Combos from Cosmopolitan Magazine

So this year crackle/ shatter top coats have been one of the hottest nail trends this year. Its a really cool effect which as it dries starts to look like a shattered window or a broken plate which reveals the base color underneath. The shatter will not work without a coat of nail polish underneath it! This is just a really cool article by Cosmopolitan Magazine that shows some awesome shatter combos. some people may see a bottle of crackle but put it down cause they can't figure out what colors would look good as a base.
